Configuration file

The default configuration file for ZNC on OpenBSD is to be stored
at ${LOCALSTATEDIR}/znc/configs/znc.conf and can be created interactively by
$ su -s /bin/ksh _znc -c "${LOCALBASE}/bin/znc -d ${LOCALSTATEDIR}/znc --makeconf"
